   Turning up with your car for a roadworthiness test with faulty or poorly adjusted lighting will mean… you will have to come back a second time. For the reasons given above, the inspector won’t give your car a pass unless you can take to the road safely.
   Similarly, avoid having to pull out your wallet to pay a fine when a police officer carries out a spot check.
